During our busy camp season, we know how important it is to have someone you can count on. That’s why we have a registered nurse available 24/7 to look after our students. Whether it’s a midnight fever or a midday band-aid, you’re never alone when you need care.
For our campers, staying healthy is just as important as having fun. We make sure everyone is thriving with weekly health and hygiene checks. These checks aren’t just about staying well – they’re a way to teach good habits that last a lifetime, while giving parents peace of mind that their little ones are in good hands.
Daily Hygience check
Conducting a general health check for students every Sunday, including measuring height, weight, and body temperature, to report to parents and ensure they are aware that their children remain healthy and can adapt to the environmental conditions in the Philippines.
If any health issues are detected, parents will be promptly informed.
Guidelines for HLA Clinic Room
- Students feeling unwell should visit the Clinic Room to see a nurse.
- If a nurse is unavailable, students may stay in the Clinic Room and seek assistance from H-Care staff.
- Please remain quiet and avoid gathering in this area.
- The Clinic Room is open 24/7 during the Camp Season. HLA provides free medication to camp students based on their illness.
- For adult students: The nurse can only assist with common medications.
