1. Students are allowed to stay off-campus and overnight on Friday, Saturday and public holidays if classes are not available the next day.
Students must complete “HLA – Staying Out Form” and submit it to H-Care staff during office hours. When travelling overnight, students need to follow the school’s curfew time and not return to school between 00:00 A.M and 6:00 A.M.
2. Students planning to travel must fill out a travel application form (paper or online) and commit to taking responsibility for any off-campus matters. This form should be submitted to the H-Care staffs by 5:00 P.M. – the day before the student’s travel date.
3. Students under 18 studying Junior/ Family program may only go out or travel with a parent or guardian after completing a travel application and committing to take responsibility for any off-campus matters.
4. If students plan to travel outside the Philippines, please inform the school early so that the school can stop visa extension procedures for students. The school will not be responsible for late notice as the school has extended the student’s visa following the study plan to ensure that the student can legally study in the Philippines.
5. In case a student forgets to fill out the form when going out to stay overnight, the student will receive a warning letter from the school for the first time. If the student still continues a second time, the student will not receive a graduation certificate from the school.
