HLA provides free airport pick-up for students registering for over 4 weeks, provided flight details are submitted at least 2 weeks before the departure date.
Students will be given the contact number and details of the pick-up staff at the airport in case they exit through the wrong gate or if there are last-minute flight changes. Happy Learning Academy (HLA) staff always wear uniforms and hold a signboard with the school’s name at the exit. To avoid confusion after a tiring flight or due to unfamiliar weather, please confirm your full name with the staff.
If your luggage is lost, please inform Happy Learning Academy (HLA) staff immediately so they can assist in retrieving it as quickly as possible.
For return flights, students must inform their manager or register for the airport drop-off service at the office at least 1 week before their departure date. If students notify or register too close to their flight time, the school cannot guarantee vehicle arrangements.
- From 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM: 500 pesos per student
- After 10:00 PM: 1000 pesos per student
To ensure your flight schedule, students should arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before departure to avoid traffic, long lines for check-in, or issues with overweight luggage.
The check-out time at Happy Learning Academy (HLA) is 12:00 noon every Saturday. If your flight is later in the day or the following day, please contact the school to arrange extended stay services. The cost of staying includes meals which are priced at:

Students are advised not to purchase electronic devices in the Philippines as they are more expensive than in Vietnam. Toy guns are not allowed in carry-on luggage, and they are often too bulky for checked luggage.
Notes:
- A round-trip ticket and an acceptance letter from Happy Learning Academy (HLA) are required for entry into the Philippines.
- Please carefully review the Philippines’ entry requirements and complete the E-Travel registration at least 72 hours before your flight.
- It is recommended to purchase international insurance for the duration of your English study in the Philippines.
- Check-in is on Sundays, and check-out is on Saturdays. Coordinate carefully with your admission representative before purchasing tickets to avoid unexpected issues.
