That’s why we’ve created a space where students can enjoy the freedom of cooking their own food while soaking in the fresh air. Welcome to HLA’s self-cooking area, also known as the BBQ House, a place where good food, great company, and even karaoke come together for a memorable time.

Located right next to our swimming pool, the BBQ House offers the perfect setting for students to relax, unwind, and enjoy a mini cook-out. Whether you’re grilling up some of your favorite dishes, hosting a weekend BBQ with friends, or indulging in an impromptu karaoke session, this area is designed to create camaraderie and fun. With its open-air environment and proximity to nature, it’s the ideal spot to spend your free time and enjoy the vibrant campus life at HLA.
Perfectly Separated for Peace and Fun
Our campus spans 12,000 square meters, which means we have plenty of space for everyone to enjoy themselves. The BBQ House is thoughtfully separated from the dorm area, ensuring that students can fully embrace the lively atmosphere without disturbing those who need their quiet time. This gives everyone the best of both worlds—those who wish to cook, chat, and celebrate can do so joyfully, while others can relax in their dorms without disruption.

- At HLA, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our students. While the BBQ house and self cooking area provide a perfect spot for fun and relaxation, we kindly remind everyone to exercise caution when using the equipment and to remain vigilant about fire hazards.
- Please ensure that all cooking appliances and tools—such as knives, pots, and pans—are handled with care, as your safety during these activities is your responsibility. We also ask that no items from the BBQ house or self-cooking area be taken outside of the designated space.
- Students are accountable for any damage or loss of equipment, and compensation will be required in the event of incidents such as damage or explosions. By following these simple guidelines, we can ensure that everyone enjoys this space safely and responsibly.
