Happy Learning Academy (HLA) was established with the goal of creating a modern English learning space with international standards where students can stay and study in a pleasant, comfortable and entertaining environment.
HLA is located in Liloan, Cebu City – which is known for its own fresh and beautiful scenery and is fully protected from the country’s pollution. Cebu is also widely known as the safest area of the Philippines. As a result, HLA students will be provided with quiet and relaxed space for them to study.
To better ensure the teaching quality, HLA’s teachers are recruited through a proper procedure, fully trained, and evaluated on a regular basis in accordance with Cambridge standards. The teaching curriculum strictly adheres to Cambridge requirements with a concise and thorough training pathway which is suitable for each and every student’s entrance level.
