Happy Learning Academy (HLA) was established to create a modern English learning space with international standards where students can stay and study in a pleasant, comfortable and entertaining environment.
HLA is located in Liloan, Cebu City – which is known for its own fresh and beautiful scenery and is fully protected from the country’s pollution. Cebu is also widely known as the safest area in the Philippines. As a result, HLA students will be provided with a quiet and relaxed space to study.
To better ensure teaching quality, HLA’s teachers are recruited through a proper procedure, fully trained, and evaluated regularly by Cambridge standards. The teaching curriculum strictly adheres to Cambridge requirements with a concise and thorough training pathway suitable for every student’s entrance level.
